Child policy

• Suitable for all ages (please note that each ride has its own height restriction)

• Children below 12 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. 

• For children under 81 cm the access is free

Conditions

Upon arrival at the ticket redemption location situated at the park entrance, please present your printed voucher(s) in exchange for your activity.

• Operating hours: Opening and closure of Al MontazahParks are subject to change without prior notice.

• Blackout dates: 31st December for New Years Eve.

• Dress comfortably for safe fun

• Swimming Costumes are compulsory in Water Park.

• Swimsuit should be free of metal; buttons, zippers, buckles.

• Long necklaces and chains not permitted.

• Very long hair should be properly tied & put up.

• Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. Swim diapers must be used • Ladies' Day takes place every Tuesday during the summer months from May 1 until October 14 every year.

• Park closed during the holy month of Ramadan

• You will receive a message on your phone and also an email with an attachment of the voucher, and another one containing the booking confirmation number, which must be presented at the entrance gate of the site.
